Homework is truly a spoiler in college

The second week of school is no fun. You know that classes definitely run the entire time and the reality check that work will once again consume your life hits. I have an Italian test tomorrow and I am semi-studying and semi, well, doing anything and everything else to avoid studying. This has poor GPA written all over it. However, in the process of my road to failure, I did make a killer playlist. Here you are:
The General Specific / Band of Horses
Wake Up / Arcade Fire
Fiery Crash / Andrew Bird
Wolf Like Me / TV on the Radio
Kids / MGMT
Love and Some Versus / Iron and Wine
The Heinrich Maneuver / Interpol
Passengers Seat / Death Cab
I Feel It All / Feist
Arizona / Kings of Leon
1901 / Pheonix
Do You Realize / The Flaming Lips
Clark Gable / The Postal Service

It's On

Like everyone else, I am way into Alexa Chung's style. She puts things together in a way that most people would never think and just rocks it. Who ever thought socks and sandals could look chic?

Crew Cuts=Amazing

J. Crew is one of my favorite stores and I feel as though recently their look books have been phenomenal. It's truly sad to look through them knowing I can't even afford the accessories, but the looks are so wonderfully eclectic and yet put-together. The other day I got an email from the children's line-- crew cuts-- and oh my gosh, if I had kids (and a high clothes-budget to spend) I would buy almost everything in there. Even their models are adorable and pose in the most fun, cute way. It helps that they're dressed impeccably well, but they really do seem to have fun in the clothes. I think what I love so much about the looks is that they are well put-together, but they have such a I-just-woke-up-and-happened-to-throw-this-on vibe. (That descriptor was way too long, but you got the point). I would totally wear what they put these kids in. Some of the outfits do make these children look like mini-adults, which is a tad creepy... Anyway, check out these adorable photos and see what I mean. I couldn't get many from the site, so seriously just look on their site to se some of the other pictures. I want to adopt these kids, so freakin' cute.
